If you are not satisfied with your purchased item(s) from our e-commerce, feel free to exchange or return the item(s) within 7 days after receiving the order. In order to be fully reimbursed, the returned items need to be in their original condition along with the receipt, whether it is a copy or the original.

Considering that the customer is responsible for the exchange parcel, we recommend choosing a shipping company that offers parcel-tracking.

Please insure the shipment or declare the full value of the parcel, in order to be protected if it will be lost or damaged during the shipping.

In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has seven (7) clear days from the date the order was received either by himself or by the receiver of the order in which to return the entire order at the Buyer’s expense either in exchange for other products or to obtain credit or a refund equal to the purchase price of the order, to be decided by the Buyer.

Products shall be returned to ROOM 1015 as per one of the procedures described below.


The Buyer may return delivered products to ROOM 1015 under the conditions stipulated below by following the instructions below. Products must be returned to ROOM 1015 in perfect condition for resale or in their original condition (e.g. packaging, accessories, insert).

Return by Parcel or Mail

ROOM 1015 shall accept the return, by parcel or mail, of any article purchased on www.room1015.com if it is returned to ROOM 1015 within one (1) month of the date on which it was received by the Buyer.

The Buyer shall be responsible for all shipping costs except in the event that products delivered do not correspond to those ordered.

If products are exchanged, the Buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs related to delivery of the new products.

Products shall be returnedin their original packaging.

ROOM 1015 does not accept collect shipments. The Buyer shall assume all risks related to return of the products.


If you receive an item that has been damaged during the shipping, please contact the shipping company first before you contact us.

If you find something that you think is a defect or production error on your item, please contact us atinfo@room1015.com. For defective items Room1015 will cover the shipping costs and replace the item or reimburse you fully.  When you send the defect item back, do not forget to attach the receipt or the order confirmation you have received by email together with your returned item.
